The generous breakfast offered a good variety with delicious fresh fruits and pastries, making each morning a treat.

The sound insulation in the rooms was poor, leading to disturbances from noise in adjacent rooms more often than expected.

It was a functional building, the room was well-equipped with good shower. The bar had great meals. The location close to river was comfortable...

The setting was average.

Pleasant place, it was clean and had very pleasant staff with excellent service from the restaurant staff. The location of the hotel was good - relatively close to Badia a Marturi. There was a beautiful restaurant, a large supermarket and a supermarket next door. We appreciated a relatively cheap breakfast;)))

Acceptable breakfast for a hotel in Tuscany. Usually they just offer you "cappuccino and cornetto". This time there was fruit, scrambled eggs and many other things to choose from. Also, I liked the lady at the reception. I did not have the best day in life when I checked in but she helped out and she even changed my room due to a small incovenience. She was also very kind to ask me in the morning whether everything was fine. The room was actually confortable and the bathroom had my beloved bathtuub.

Parking was a bit further with not much light. I suggest, whenever possible, to switch to flat screen TV.

The location was convenient to the hill towns around Florence and Sienna.

Room cleanliness fell short with dust on surfaces and floors. The furniture showed visible signs of wear and tear. Noise from adjacent rooms was a nuisance due to thin walls, complicating restful sleep. Air conditioning required manual management from the front desk, disrupting control over comfort. The breakfast selection had quality concerns, with subpar salami and poorly made omelettes.

Very good hotel situated between Firenze and Siena from where you can make trips to the beautiful Chianti area, Moteriggioni and San Gimignano. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with advices.

Very friendly staff; convenient (free) parking right in front of the building (outside); nice and modern equipped room(s); giant supermarket and cheap chinese restaurant in the neighborhood (less than 5 minutes walking distance); WiFi working perfectly; this hotel is just the right spot for day-trips through the Tuscany (I.E. Sienna, Florence and San Gimignano)

The beds were comfortable. My experience was marred by the outdated decor and some cleanliness issues in the hallways. While I appreciated the decent breakfast offerings, the absence of dining options later in the day was a drawback. A solid choice for short stays, but a few improvements could elevate the experience.

We were very satisfied from hotel hospitality. Hotel staff was really set uop to please customers. We can reaaly advise to book this hotel.

Location good, ideal for day trips to Pisa, Volterra, Siena and San Gimignano. Breakfast buffet was poor.
